Turnaround analysis

This recipe shows how to measure reconciliation turnaround time (TAT) with percentile breakdowns and SLA tracking. TAT measures the time from when a transaction is ingested to when it is reconciled (or marked as an exception).

Endpoint

GET /v1/reconciliations/turnaround

Returns a TAT summary with percentiles (p50, p75, p90, p95, p99), SLA compliance rate, and trend data.

Prerequisites

  • A valid tenantId and bearer JWT.
  • The user must have at least one of: tenant_admin, tenant_analyst, tenant_lead.

Request

curl -X GET "https://api.falconveritas.com/v1/reconciliations/turnaround?fromDate=2026-08-01&toDate=2026-08-22&slaMinutes=240" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $FVI_JWT" \
-H "X-Tenant-Id: $FVI_TENANT_ID" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json"

SLA tiers

FVI's default SLA tiers are based on the FVI deployment tier:

TierTAT SLA
Free24 hours
Pro4 hours
Enterprise15 minutes

Custom SLA thresholds can be configured per tenant via tenant_settings → sla.

Dimensions

ParameterDescription
accountIdFilter to a specific account
sourceIdFilter to a specific ingestion source
runTypeFilter to live, scheduled, or manual runs
minConfidenceFilter to runs above a minimum confidence threshold

Use cases

  • SLA reporting — track SLA compliance for monthly operations review.
  • Performance trending — detect gradual degradation before it breaches SLA.
  • Capacity planning — forecast reconciliation volume and SLA compliance as business grows.
  • Vendor benchmarking — compare TAT across ingestion sources.

Code samples

TypeScript

import { FVI } from '@falconveritas/sdk';

const fvi = new FVI({
baseUrl: 'https://api.falconveritas.com',
bearer: process.env.FVI_JWT!,
tenantId: process.env.FVI_TENANT_ID!,
});

const tat = await fvi.reconciliations.turnaround({
fromDate: '2026-08-01',
toDate: '2026-08-22',
slaMinutes: 240,
});

console.log(`SLA compliance: ${(tat.sla_compliance_rate * 100).toFixed(1)}%`);
console.log(`p95: ${tat.tat_seconds.p95} seconds`);

Python

from falconveritas import FVI

client = FVI(
bearer=os.environ["FVI_JWT"],
tenant_id=os.environ["FVI_TENANT_ID"],
)

tat = client.reconciliations.turnaround(
from_date="2026-08-01",
to_date="2026-08-22",
sla_minutes=240,
)
print(f"SLA compliance: {tat.sla_compliance_rate * 100:.1f}%")
print(f"p95: {tat.tat_seconds.p95} seconds")
